Integrate Health and Wellness is a healthcare practice that provides chiropractic care, injury rehabilitation, massage therapy, DOT physical examinations, drug and alcohol testing, and wellness services. We help people manage pain, recover from injuries, maintain their health, and meet occupational health requirements.

We primarily work with adults in the Triangle area of North Carolina. Our patients include people dealing with musculoskeletal pain or injuries, individuals looking to improve their overall health, commercial drivers who need DOT physicals, and employers who need occupational health services such as drug testing and DOT exams for their workforce.

We help people address pain, mobility issues, and injuries so they can function better in their daily lives. We also help commercial drivers stay medically qualified to work and assist employers with meeting workplace health and regulatory requirements. For many patients, we provide an alternative to relying solely on medication by focusing on conservative, non-surgical care.

Our practice combines clinical care with occupational health services under one roof. Patients can receive chiropractic treatment, rehabilitation, massage therapy, and wellness support in the same practice, while employers have access to DOT physicals, drug testing, and alcohol testing. Employers typically contact us to establish occupational health services for their employees or schedule individual appointments for DOT physicals or drug testing.

We are located in Morrisville, North Carolina, and primarily serve patients throughout the Triangle region, including Raleigh, Durham, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, and surrounding communities. For employer services, we work with businesses throughout the region and are available to contract with organizations within approximately a 100-mile radius.

We take a conservative, evidence-based approach to care and tailor treatment recommendations to each patient's needs and goals. We accept most major medical insurance plans, except Medicaid. We also work with Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation, and VA cases, and we offer affordable self-pay and membership options for patients who prefer not to use insurance or do not have coverage.

We are not an emergency medical facility or hospital. We do not provide surgical care or prescribe medications. We are not a high-volume clinic that follows the same treatment plan for every patient. Our role is to provide conservative musculoskeletal care, wellness services, and occupational health services, and to refer patients to other healthcare providers when their needs fall outside our scope of practice.
